- 3 Cups Yoghurt
- 1.5 Cups Cold Water
- 4 Piece Cucumbers Medium
- 2 Cloves Garlic Optional
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Bunch Dill Optional
Instructions
- Let's wash the cucumbers in the water and peel them.
- Grate cucumbers or dice small
- Cut the garlic into small pieces, add salt on to and mash with a rammer. Finely chop the dill.
- Add the cucumber, mashed garlic and chopped dill to the yogurt. Pour a little cold water and mix.
- Once you get a consistency between the liquid and the solid, you can make it cooler by putting ice in it.
