Ingredients
For dough
- 2 glasses of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 dessert spoon salt
- ½ glass of water
For filling ingredients
- 2 onion
- 300 gram minced meat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dessert spoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
For sauce
- 2 glasses of yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 gram butter
Instructions
- Firstly , put the flour , egg , salt and water in a bowl and kneaad it
- Divide the dough you kneaded into two equal parts and let it rest for 10 minutes
- For filling ingredients , chop the onions into small pieces and put it in a bowl
- Add the minced meat , salt ,ground red pepper and ground black pepper and knead it well
- Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin ( Add flour as needed to prevent the dough from sticking to the hand)
- Cut the dough into 1,5 cm wide squares
- Put the filling ingredients in each square dough and bring the 4 edges of the dough together and close them
- Put the flour in a tray and add the raviolies
- Put the water in a pot and boil it . Add the raviolies and boil them together
- Take the raviolies out of the pot with the help of a strainer
- For sauce , mix yoghurt and 2 cloves of grated garlic . Then pour it on the ravoilies
- Fry the butter and pour it on the raviolies
