- 15 dried eggplants
- 15 dried pepper
- 1 glass of rice
- 2 onion
- 8-10 cloves of garlic
- 150 gram minced meat

- 1 dessert spoon cumin
- 1.5 dessert spoon sumac

- 50 ml olive oil

Instructions
- Firstly , put water in a pot and boil it
- Add the eggplants in the boiled water for 5 minutes and take out them . Then , add the peppers in the boiled water for 5 minutes
- Then , chop the onions and parsley , grate the garlics and put them in a bowl
- Add the rice , minced meat , spices , tomato and pepper paste , 50 ml olive oil and knead it well
