Ingredients
- Half a kilo of fresh shell beans
- 1 Onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 tea glass olive oil•
- 2 cups water
- 2 ~ 3 bunch parsley
- salt
Instructions
- Night before Put half a kilo of shell beans in a bowl and add 2 -3 cups of water on it wait until the next day.
- let's wash the shell beans and strain and put them in a saucepanand boil them with water.
- When the kidney beans start to soften, you can strain thewater and set it aside.
- Let's add the butter, chopped carrots and onions to a saucepan. Let's add crushed garlic, potatoes and tomato paste.
- Add the drained shell beans into the pan and sprinkle with 1teaspoon of sugar.
- Add the water ,salt and again put shell beans on to boil .Continue boiling until the shelly beans are soft. If the water in it runs out, you can add a small amount.
- Do not open pan lid until it is served.
