Ingredients
- 2 kg pomegranate
- 1.5 kg granulated sugar
- 2 lemon
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 gr powdered cardamom
- 1 litre pomegranate juice
- 2 liters water
Instructions
- The pomegranates are washed and cut in half and the seeds are removed.
- Add pomegranate, cardamom, cinnamon and sugar to a large pot and top it add enough water to cover.
- It is boiled on low heat until it melts.
- Squeeze the lemon juice, add sherbet and stir.
- take off the stove and leave to cool.
- Finally, pomegranate juice is added and mixed.
- Filter and cool in the refrigerator. Cold serve makes.
