Ingredients
- 400 gram ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- salt
- ground black pepper
- chilli pepper
- tomatoes
- peppers
- 6 eggplants
For sauce
- 1 spoon tomato paste
- salt
- ground black pepper
- chilli pepper
- 1.5 glasses of water
Instructions
- Firstly , peel and chop longlish eggplants and put them in a bowl, add water and 1 dessert spoon salt and cover the bowl with a stretch film , wait it about 20 minutes
- For meatballs , put ground beef , grated onion , grated garlics , breadcrumbs , egg and spices and knead it well
- Roll the mixture into the shape of meatballs
- Put oil in a pan and fry the meatballs
- Cover the eggplants with oil and put them in a baking tray and bake them in a 250 degrees oven for 15 minutes
- Put two eggplants like a plus in a plate , and add 1meatball on it , fold the edges of the eggplants and add sliced pepper and tomatoes on them , stick toothpicks on them and put them in a plate
- Put oil in a pan and add 1 spoon tomato paste , spices and 1.5 glasses of water and boil them , pour it on the kebab
- Bake it in a preheated 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes
- You can serve it with rice pilaf and potato puree
