Kebab With Vegetable Recipe (Avcı Kebabı)

Ingredients
For the meatballs;
- 300 gram minced meat
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 onion (grated) medium
- 1 teaspoon Meatball spice
- salt
- pepper
For vegetable;
- 2 potatoes medium
- 2 carrots
- 2 green peppers
- 2 capia red peppers
- 10 shallots
For the frying;
- 1 teaglass oil
For the surface;
- 1 bowl canned peas
For the sauce;
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper paste
- 1.5 glass hot water 300 ml
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- First, put all the meatball ingredients in a deep and wide bowl, then knead well.
- Shape the meatballs into a round shape and set aside.
- Cut the potatoes, carrots, peppers into cubes and fry them in a pan with oil.
- Fry the meatballs a little too.
- Saute the shallot also.
- For the sauce of the last dish, put your tomato paste and other ingredients in a saucepan.
- Add hot water and boil for 2 minutes, then take it off the stove.
- Put all the ingredients you fried on the tray.
- Add a bowl of canned peas.
- Pour the sauce on the last and bake in the oven at 180 degrees upside-down for about 20-25 minutes.
