Ingredients
For The Dough
- 1.5 cup einkorn wheat flour or whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup hot Water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
For The Surface
- 1 egg whites
- sesame
- black sesame
- poppy seeds
Instructions
- First pour the flour and butter into a deep bowl, mix well and knead.
- Then we add half tea glass of hot water and continue to mix.

- After resting the dough for 5 minutes, divide it into walnut-sized pieces.
