Chervil Spinach Salad(Ispanaklı Salata)

- bowl
- Knife
Ingredients
- 1/3 bunch chervil
- 1/3 bunch spinach
- 1/4 celery small
- 1/3 bunch dill
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 raw almonds
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch rock salt
Instructions
- Put the parsley and spinach in the water with baking soda for 10 minutes.
- Grate a quarter of the celery, pour to a plate.
- Mince the parsley and dill and add it. Chop the spinach with your hands and add to the plate.
- Whisk your yogurt. Add 1 pinch of rock salt and crushed small cloves of garlic and mix them all together in a bowl.
