Ingredients
- 1 bowl of bulgur
- 50 ml oil
- 2 spoon butter
- orzo
- salt
- boiled water
Instructions
- Firstly , put the butter and oil in a pot
- Add the orzo and brown it
- Add the bulgur and stir
- Put 2.5 glasses of boiled water on it and add the salt
- Cook it for 20 minutes
- After pilaf is cooked , cover on it with a paper towel and rest them for 15 minutes
