Ingredients
- 4 artichokes
- 1 onion
- 1 Potato
- 1 carrot
- 100 gr green pea
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 2 cup of boiled water
- 1 dessert spoon salt
- 1 dessert spoon sugar
- dill
Instructions
- Firstly , chop the carrot , onion and potato into the small pieces
- Then , put the olive oil in a pan , add the onion and carrot and brown them
- Add the green pea and garlics and brown them again
- Then , add the potato and stir well and put the artichokes in the pan and add 2 cup of boiled water , salt and sugar on the mixture and cook it for 1 hour on the low heat
- After cooking , fill the mixture in the artichokes and pour the olive oil on them and decorate them with dill
